Digital Communications Specialist

Job Summary

As a Digital Communications Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital communication strategies to enhance our healthcare provider organization’s brand presence and engagement. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, creating compelling content, and leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and automate marketing journeys, segment audiences, and personalize communications.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including emails, social media posts, blog articles, and website updates.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Data Management and Analytics:

  • Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze data from various digital channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Compile reports and dashboards to present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including

  • Email Studio
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Audience Builder and Data cloud
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform and data feeds.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • deadlines.Technical skills in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript are a plus.
